THINGS TO DO NOW

Register for IBIBAM

Choose the "IBIBAM Registration" link from the menu at left. As of Wednesday, 15 September, there is no more "late" registration fee. The fees have all been reset to the "early registration" levels: $640 regular, $320 student.

Reserve Your Hotel Room

Choose the "Lodging and Transportation" link from the menu at left. Local travelers who do not need rooms may wish to visit that page for directions to the Claremont by car or public transit.

Submit a Poster Abstract (if applicable)

The oral program is by invitation and is largely complete, but we welcome posters on relevant topics. If you intend to give a poster, choose the Program link on the menu at left for instructions. The simple process starts with sending us an abstract, just a page or two long, by e-mail.

Apply for a Visa (if you need one) As Soon As Possible

Choose the Notes for International Attendees link on the menu at left. If you determine that you need a visa, don't delay!
